Sweepstakes Rules

Just Traveling Thru, LLC organizes and sponsors promotions, giveaways, and sweepstakes awarding various prizes to participants. The promotions, giveaways, and sweepstakes are regulated by Contest Rules (hereinafter “Rules”). Participation in any of these sweepstakes constitutes the Participant’s agreement and acceptance of these Rules. All federal, state, local, municipal laws and regulations apply.

Eligibility

No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. A purchase or contribution to Just Traveling Thru, LLC will not increase your chances of winning.

Justtravelingthru.com 2021 Hilton Gift Card Sweepstakes is open to individuals who are residents of the fifty (50) United States or D.C. age 18 or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers and directors of Just Traveling Thru, LLC (“Sponsor”) its parent, affiliated and subsidiary companies, advertising and promotional agencies, web masters and web suppliers and persons engaged in the development of Sweepstakes materials, and employees, officers and directors of Hilton (collectively, the “Promotional Entities”), and members of the immediate family (parents, siblings, children and spouse, wherever they reside) or household (whether or not related) of such employees, officers and directors are not eligible. By participating, you agree to these Official Rules and all decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. Void where prohibited.

Contest Period - Start and End Date

Entries will be accepted online starting on December 1, 2021 and ending at March 31, 2022. Winners will be determined monthly (one winner per month until sweepstakes concludes). Entries that are submitted before or after the Contest Period will be disqualified.

Entry Rules

The Contest is entered by you submitting your email address using the online form provided via our 'Subscribe' Menu Button. Each email address is security checked to insure it's validity, and those that fail the security check are discarded. Multiple email address submissions are also discarded.

Visitors who register repeatedly with diverse email addresses, will have all but one of their registrations removed.

Rights Granted by Contest Participants

Your Email address will only be used for occasional "news letter messages" from Just Traveling Thru, LLC and nothing else. Your email address will never be sold to any third parties, or used for anything other than our news letters.

Disclaimer of Responsibility

Just Traveling Thru, LLC is not responsible for problems with Contest entries, including but not limited to, entries which are lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, illegible, or cannot be completed due to electronic or technical difficulties, even if the problem is the result of the sole or partial negligence of Just Traveling Thru, LLC.

Drawing And Prizes

Winners will be selected one via a random drawing held on the last day of each month. The winner will receive a Hilton Hotels Gift Card to be used toward a hotel stay at any Hilton property located in the United States. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

All applicable taxes or fees on a prize are the sole responsibility of winner. Winner is solely responsible for the costs of any merchandise, shipping charges or other costs of purchases not covered by the face amount of the prize. Just Traveling Thru is not responsible for a lost or stolen prize.

Winner Selection and Notification

Winner will be randomly selected by Just Traveling Thru, LLC. Winner will be informed about the prize by email message within 3 days following the Winner selection to claim the prize. The email address that was entered will be utilized to notify the Contest Winner.

How to Claim the Prize

The Sweepstakes Winner will need to provide their mailing address to allow for delivery of their Hilton Hotels Gift Card. There are no other delivery mechanisms offered or implied.

Terms & General Conditions

Just Traveling Thru, LLC reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the sweepstakes should virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or any other cause affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the sweepstakes. If such case occurs, Just Traveling Thru, LLC may select the Winner from all eligible entries. Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage the Winner selection process and the legitimate operation of the sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil laws.

Limitation of Liability

By entering the Contest, You agree to release and hold harmless Just Traveling Thru, LLC and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from: (i) such entrant’s participation in the Contest and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof; (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, software, or other mechanical equipment; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Contest; (v) electronic or human error in the administration of the Contest or the processing of entries.

Disputes and Arbitration

THIS CONTEST IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF the United States AND the State of Florida, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. As a condition of participating in this Contest, the participant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Contest, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Florida having jurisdiction.
