What is the history of Arlington Park Sarasota? Arlington Park was first established in 1979 with the development of the playground, named "Magic Park." Later that year the gymnasium and locker rooms opened with the pools opening in 1981. Many individuals and groups use this park and call it their "home away from home."

Beyond Arlington Park's natural charm, it boasts a diverse range of recreational activities, including tennis courts, a pool, and a fitness center, catering to an active and health-conscious community. The neighborhood is also home to a variety of restaurants, shops, and entertainment options, creating a lively atmosphere for residents to explore.
